How we work

Buying office inside, vetted production outside.

One merchandiser from brief to shipment, backed by developers, pattern engineers and QC leads.

01

Brief and development

Tech packs, pattern, fit samples and lab dips in Istanbul, typically within 10-14 working days.

02

Sourcing and costing

Fabric and trim from a known mill base. Transparent costing with fabric, trims, CMT, freight and duty.

03

Production placement

Orders allocated to the partner factory that fits the product and order size; we stay on the floor during the run.

04

QC and shipment

In-line, pre-final and final AQL 2.5 inspections, ex-works or FOB Istanbul. Photo and report pack before sealing.

Quality control

Four checkpoints, one paper trail.

Same four-step QC on every program. Each step produces a signed report; you get the full pack before shipment.

  1. 01

    Fabric and trim inbound

Fabric inspected to 4-point, GSM and shrinkage tested, color-matched before cutting is released.

  2. 02

    In-line during production

On-floor checks at cutting, sewing and finishing. Issues corrected on the line, not after the run.

  3. 03

    Pre-final, 80 percent

AQL 2.5 at ~80 percent complete. Defect rate above plan triggers rework before packing.

  4. 04

    Final, before sealing

Final AQL on packed cartons plus measurement, barcode and packing list check.

Minimums and lead times

Honest numbers you can plan against.

Numbers we hold ourselves to on standard programs. Complex wash or yarn-dye runs longer; we flag that on the first call.
